Questions owners ask
Do I need an account?
No. You can make and download ads as a guest. A guest session is created only when you save, render a video or send a request. Sign in with your email to keep work across devices.
Why does the studio ask me to confirm prices and dates?
We print only facts you have confirmed, and check that the price on the artwork matches the one you entered. Anything suggested — by a template or, later, by reading your old ad — waits for your confirmation.
Which sizes do I get?
Portrait 4:5 (1080×1350) for feeds, vertical 9:16 (1080×1920) for stories, reels and status, and square 1:1 (1080×1080). Text in the vertical size stays inside the area Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts keep clear of buttons.
Why is my image not clickable?
A picture posted to social media cannot hold a link. Put the link in your caption, use the story link sticker, or add the QR code — but remember most people see your ad on the same phone they would need to scan with.
Can I write in Arabic, Hindi, Tamil, Malay or Chinese?
Yes. Add a language edition in the editor and write or paste your wording. Prices, dates and links stay identical across languages. You can also make one balanced bilingual artwork.
Does the studio translate for me?
Not yet. When machine translation is switched on, drafts will be labelled for your review — they are not professional translations.
Where do the festival and holiday dates come from?
From official government calendars and original organisers, each with a link and the date we checked it. Islamic dates stay provisional until officially announced, and we tell you where we have not verified a state or emirate.
Can I advertise drinks?
Bars are welcome. For alcohol, the studio asks where and on which platform the ad will run and checks the rules we have sources for. If eligibility is unknown, we will not call the ad ready for paid publication. In the UAE the sourced rule prohibits alcohol promotion.
What does the economics panel tell me?
What each order or cover leaves after discount, tax collected, platform fees and food and packing costs. It is contribution, not profit, and it ignores fixed costs and customers who would have paid full price anyway.
How do I get help or report a problem?
Use “Ask GGB for a review” on the export page, or write to the address on ggb.consulting. Requests carry only the campaign details you choose to share.
